main.tmpl and main/redirect.tmpl are declared as <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">.

There's a bunch of minor validation errors, but the pages are now HTML 5.
