The default value of "start command" in the client is "firefox". However, Firefox, as most other applications, does not run very well without a window manager. Thus, we should suggest using "tl-single-app firefox" instead.

Tested using client build 4323 and it works as expected. Review of code looks good and documentation is updated accordingly.
