After the removal of VDI in tl-run-rdesktop the progress bar is only showing "progress" within a connection timeout. This is the wrong way to indicate that rdesktop is trying to connect. A throbber would be more appropriated for visual indiciation for the "in progress" step.

rdesktop (and associated tools) is being removed from the ThinLinc product.
