The note is in the "Commands" section of the TAG, but most references point at the "/appservergroups/" section. Probably best to try to have general information in a single place and point everything there.

Not convinced. tl-run-unixapp is a standalone application which can be run outside of the appservergroups framework, and therefore any requirements should be documented within the command description itself.
