Right now, installing an agent will result in /vsmagent/master_hostname=localhost, which is a bit silly since we know we don't have a master on localhost. A message is provided at the end of tl-setup reminding the user to change this, however it might be helpful to be prompted for this during installation instead.
We should consider adding the option of specifying both internally and externally reachable hostnames for the master when setting up agents. The external hostname could be used to set the webaccess/login_page parameter.
