I created a user called ☭ and tried running tlclient out of a directory on said user's desktop. Things did not work out well.

First run:

  tlclient fails to find any of its binaries. Trying to connect results in
  complaints about missing ssh-

Second run (-d5):

  Trying to connect I get a dialog with:

    "API = CloseHandle, error code = 6, The handle was invalid."

  Trying to connect again results in a crash.
