We want to get rid of lsh-pam-checkpw. This is the current usage:

extproc.py: CheckPassword: Used by do_login, which is in turn used by tlclient.cgi. Bug 4264. 

ctccommon.py: verify_password: Used by tl-passwd. Bug 951.

Last user of this program is now gone, and so is now lsh-pam-checkpw.
