LSB v3.1.0 (2006) incorporates graphics module in the desktop module set, commit r28581 adds a check for desktop module but leaves package installer to only install lsb-graphics due to this provides lsb-desktop.

Fixed in commit r28581.

Looks good. Verified that LSB support is found on a Fedora 20 server using build 4325.
