This was when connecting to a Windows 2003 Server session (trouble). To reproduce:

- Connect to a Windows session using the ThinLinc client
- Resize the client window

The scrollbars on the client window disappear after a second, but the actual desktop image stays the same size. Forcing a graphics update (i.e. clicking on an icon or something) then rescales the desktop properly.

Fixed in upstream commit 1846, brought to ctc in commit 29980.

Works quite well. Tested against 2008r2. I did however find bug 5497 whilst torturing the resize handling.
