It seems we forgot to write documentation for the newer tlwebadm modules. A related issue is that the existing screen shots shown an out-of-date menu. Perhaps it is better if we simply crop out the menu, as we don't want to have to redo every screenshot every time we add/remove/reorder a module.
Modules missing documentation are; System Health, VSM, Profiles

Commit r27994 add documentation for System Health module.
Commit 27999, updates example of test command.
Made some minor grammar fixes in r28030, but looks good otherwise. Closing.
