When browsing for exported paths, the FLTK file dialog first lists all dirs with capital letters in alphabetical order, then continues with all lowercase dirs. This is somewhat confusing on Windows.

This is not specific to Windows and happens on all platforms.

It also sorts non-ASCII incorrectly, so the sorting is just generally broken.
