We have a lot of data structures without stable identifiers (locations, terminals, application groups, application servers groups, ...). This means things get a bit hairy whenever the user wants to rename these, and as a rule that just breaks horribly in tladm. We need to do a general overhaul of these pages and use a better structure to deal with this. We probably need to separate out name and id in some way, even though we do not have an id.
