Letting printers remain listed as belonging to locations and terminals after being deleted from the printer list is a bit counter-intuitive, and causes headache for customers using TLPAC with lots of printers.

I'm suggesting that this would be solved by adding some hiveconf search and delete magic to the do_delete function in tladm/printers.cgi.
