This is the server-side variant of bug 2958. It's somewhat more difficult:

* The server CD download requires registration and email verification. If we provide a YUM repository, the software will be available without such confirmation. 

* Upgrading ThinLinc is typically not as easy as "yum upgrade": You need to at least re-run tl-setup afterwards, at least when swithing to an entirely new version. A channel with "hotfixes" might be safer, though.
