We've seen several requests to do different type of actions based on where the user is connecting from. Since we already have this information in the nearest database, it's a bit silly that we do not expose it in a way that scripts can use.

We should create at least a tl-at-location to give a boolean result whether or not a user is at a certain location, and possible also a tl-location that just prints the current one.
