Just as we have a xstartup.d and a xlogout.d, we should have a xreconnect.d that is run when the user reconnects to an existing session. This would be useful to reconnect local drives to a new terminal with different configuration, etc.

Note that scripts in `/opt/thinlinc/etc/sessionreconnect.d` runs as root on the master server, not the agent.
