It should be easier to rename the nearest and thinlocal queues. Currently, the
add_thinlinc_backend assumes that the printer name and backend are the same. It
should not.

When this is implemented, make sure we think of some system that makes
respooling work, as thinlocal is currently respooling to thinlocal@agent-host.
