The default title for tl-run-winapp is the submitted executable, say, c:\lexia4\lexia40.exe. We should do better: Strip off the directory and file ending, and capitalize the first char. That would give us "Lexia40", in this example.
rdesktop (and associated tools) is being removed from the ThinLinc product.
