Windows has a very basic set of predefined clipboard formats. Applications can
register new formats which will be a mapping between an identifying string and
an integer. To properly support clipboard between rdesktop windows, we need to
support these registered formats. This means examining the protocol and figuring
out how to transfer registrations back and forth.

rdesktop (and associated tools) is being removed from the ThinLinc product.
