If you try to login to a host which is firewalled (throws aways all IP
packages), tlclient seems to "hang". After a few minutes, a strange error
message is returned:

Kunde inte sätta upp en säker tunnel till ThinLinc-servern
(Kunde inte etablera en SSH-tunnel; SSH avslutades.)

When running SSH manually, the behaviour is the same. There's a difference,
however: When you run SSH from the command line, you can always press Ctrl-C to
abort connecting. This is not possible with tlclient. I think it should be. I'm
not sure how this should be designed in the GUI, but here's an idea: When you
press the login button, all other buttons are greyed out. The login button
itself changes to an Abort-button.
