The following scenario doesn't work as expected:

1. Connect with "Auto" disabled, JPEG level 0 and "Very low" color mode
2. Open options and re-enable "Auto"

At this point we expect the auto algorithm to go back to full colour mode, and a level 6 or 8 JPEG quality.

What actually happens is that it remains at the previous settings permanently.

Tested using 4.7.0, 4.9.0 and current trunk. Unsure if it worked in some earlier version.

Hmmm... It works sometimes. The terminal in the conference room managed to re-enable full color using the above scenario.

Perhaps the bandwidth monitoring is triggering sometimes which gets things back to normal?
