This bug has been transferred from bug 1936, comment #2. tl-setup should warn if xterm or konsole are setuid/setgid, since this will cause them to run without LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

This is not something we get reports for anymore, so it's probably not enough of an issue to do a warning for. Let's focus on bug 1936 instead.
